This week my note to you all will be a short one. I really just want to say to you all that I do understand how hard this time is. I know that all of our families are living through this crisis with varying degrees of anxiety and anguish. I know many of our families have already been affected by CV19 and some will be going through that right now. I am sorry for this.
I know that some of our families are working right on the frontline, in hospital, providing care for people who are very unwell with CV19 and they have been providing this care since this all began at the start of last year. On behalf of myself, my staff, and the governors, thank you.
I know this time will bring its stresses and strains on families as they strive to work from home while supporting their child/children with remote learning. I know too that some families are facing very difficult circumstances in relation to job security. It is a real time of uncertainty.
While the government continues to roll out the vaccine as swiftly as it can, we all need to remember the key factors of staying safe.
